摘要 本文较系统地介绍了家蚕内分泌学的激素实验技术,包括实验材料蚕的饲育技术,家蚕幼虫血液采取法,蜕皮甾醇,保幼激素、促前胸腺激素的抽出法,激素的稀释、涂布、注射、添食等处理方法,为调查内分泌器官功能而作的结扎、摘除手术的施行方法以及一些内分泌器官的移植方法。
