摘要
我国是一个农村人口占68%的农业大国,"三农"问题在我国未来发展中具有十分重要的战略意义。社会信息化的重要一环就是农业信息化,"三农"问题的解决有助于推进农业信息化。反过来,农业信息化需要加快农村通信。目前我国农村通信仍比较薄弱,值得我们充分关注。
In China the proportion of population in rural areas to the whole country is about 68%.And so discussing the issues of agriculture,peasant and rural area in contemporary China and Iooking for the solutions are important for our future development.One important part of constructing the information society is fulfilling agriculture informatization project.Solving the issues of agriculture,peasant and rural area helps to promote agriculture informatization, and agriculture informatization needs to speed up the development of communication in rural areas.At present we still need pay more attention to the communication in rural areas,and a long way is before us in this field.
