摘要
阐述重庆市工商行政管理局工商电子档案查询系统的网络设计和实现方案,介绍了电子档案查询软件的基本情况,重点分析了工商档案现状和固有特性,提出了一种切实可行的电子档案生产工艺,并在实际应用中取得满意效果。
This paper describes the design and the implementation of the network, which Chongqing AIC (Administration of Industry and Commerce) enterprise digital documents searching MIS (Management information System) is running. The main aspect of the MIS is also introduced. Especially, the paper analyses the actual store states and the properties of the AIC documents, and puts forward a standard of AIC document scanning or manufacturing. These ideas are applied successfully to the actual system.
