摘要
随着我国外教队伍的不断扩大,外教影响的不断加深,对其加强引导,严格管理已成为每所院校亟待解决的问题,本文从外教的聘用、教学生活管理、解聘等几方面来探讨在新时期下如何做好有关外教的管理工作。
With the increase of foreign teachers in China, their influences on our education become more and more significant. To strengthen the administration and enhance the direction of them has become an urgent problem that should be solved by all schools. This article elaborates how to improve the management of foreign teachers in terms of the recruitment, the teaching and living management and the dismission.
