摘要
采用Fluent软件对喷腾型分解炉、喷旋分解炉和旋流-双喷腾分解炉的冷态流场进行了模拟,并分析比较了分解炉结构特性对流场分布的影响规律。结果显示:喷腾分解炉内的流场基本为喷射流,且流场基本对称。对于带旋流的喷旋分解炉和旋流-双喷腾分解炉来说,由于带旋流的三次风和喷腾的窑尾烟气的共同作用,分解炉内的流场为旋流带回流。模拟结果将为新型干法水泥确定分解炉类型和原有系统的改造提供理论依据。
Flow filed in the sprayed calciner, spiraled-sprayed calciner and spiraled-double sprayed calciner were simulated by using Fluent, and the characteristics of flow field in calciner were analyzed. The simulation results demonstrated that flow field in sprayed calciner is mostly the symmetrical sprayed flow. In spiraled-sprayed calciner and spiraled-double sprayed calciner, flow field was composed of the swirl flow and back flow due to the mix of the tertiary air with swirl flow and secondary air. The results can give the basis for choice of the kind of calciner and reconstruction of original calciner.
