摘要
野外定位观测蒙古扁桃(Prunus mongolica)的开花进程、花朵的功能形态特征和开花动态,用杂交指数(OCI)、花粉-胚珠比(P/O)、去雄、套袋、人工授粉等方法分别测定蒙古扁桃的繁育系统。结果显示,蒙古扁桃种群的花期均持续50d左右,雌雄蕊同时成熟,繁育系统主要为异交,需要传粉者活动才能完成授粉过程。
This paper by means of observations on outcrossing index and pollen-ovule ratio ,emasculation,bagging and artifical pollination,studied the reproduction characteristics of Prunus mongolica . From these experiments,the flowering span of Prunus mongolica last 50d or so,and pollen and stigma are simultaneous. According to Dafni(1992),Prunus mongolica of breeding systems is outcrossing,partially self-compatible,and demands pollinators to help its breeding.
