摘要
确立了蒙古黄芪中黄芪甲苷含量的高效液相色谱测定方法(HPLC),色谱柱:C18(150×4.6mm,5μm)流动相为乙腈:水:磷酸=1:2:0.1,流速为1.20mL/min,检测器:紫外检测波长200nm。
To establish a HPLC method for determination of Astragaloside IV Astragalus membranaceus ( Fisch ) Bge.var. mongholicus ( Bge ) Hsiao. The G18 column ( 150×4.6mm, 5μm) was used with a mobile of acetonitrile - water - phosphoric acid (1:2:0.1).The flow rate was 1.20mL/min. The detection wavelength was 200nm.Conclusion that the method is suitable for assay of Astragaloside IV in Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch ) Bge.var. mongholicus ( Bge ) Hsiao.
