摘要
目的 :建立芩喑胶囊中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱测定方法 ,以控制该制剂的质量。方法 :以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相 ,甲醇 -水 -磷酸 (47∶ 53∶ 0 .2 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 80 nm。结果 :黄芩苷在 0 .193～ 0 .772 μg/ml范围内线性关系良好 ,r=0 .99966,平均加样回收率为 98.2 % (n=5) ,RSD=1.84%。 (n=5)。结论 :该方法测定结果准确 。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of the content of baicalin in Qinyin Capsules, so as to control the quality of t his preparation. Methods: The column was C 18 . The mobile phase was me thanol-water-H 3PO 4(47∶53∶0.2), the detection wave length was 280 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of baicalin and absorption area value in range of 0.193～0.772 μg /ml, r=0.999 66. The average recovery was 98.2% (n=5),RSD=1.84% (n =5). Conclusion: The method was highly repeatable and acurate.
