摘要
通过对美国西部开发和中国西部开发的对比及借鉴美国西部的经济开发策略,对中国西部的经济发展提出了采取“梯度转移”与有条件的“增长极核发展”相结合的经济发展战略模式的建议。
Through a comparative research of the west exploitation between China and America, and drawing, lessons from the experience of the economic exploitation in the west of America . the paper provides some useful suggestions for the economic development of the West China such as to take the economic developing model of the combination of 'terraced transference' and conditional' increasing extreme-store development.
