摘要
分析黔江地区经济发展现状,确定“深化国有企业及集体企业改制”等改革方案,提出“财税政策”等保证改革顺利进行的政策措施建议。
This paper makes an analysis of the current ecommic state of Qianjiang and puts forward proposals to deepen its reform of state-owend enterprises and collective enterprises and to adjust a series of policies for its development.
