摘要
胸椎管狭窄症（ TSS）是一种以下肢及躯干麻木、行走困难、括约肌功能障碍为主要表现的疾病〔1〕，目前发病机制尚不完全清楚〔2〕，其主要由黄韧带骨化（ OLF）和后纵韧带骨化（ OPLL）引起，OPLL多见于上胸椎而OLF多发于下胸椎〔3〕，这表明可能与机械应力有关〔1〕。目前手术仍是唯一有效的治疗方式〔4〕， Sanghvi等〔5〕研究指示术前症状持续时间短的患者早期手术术后具有良好的预后，所以早期诊断以后应尽早手术治疗。
