文章针对绩效工资改革背景下高校人员经费管理现状进行调研与访谈,总结高校人员经费拨款的模式、对绩效工资的管理方式、存在问题等,提出绩效工资管理的对策和建议。
The investigation and interview have been made on the university's personnel funds management under the background of performance pay reform, the personnel funding mode, management style of performance pay, and problems have been summarized, and then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to manage the performance pay of university.
