摘要
大学英语阅读教学普遍存在重语法、句法分析,对隐含意义及内涵重视不够的倾向,造成学生对阅读材料理解不深,这是由传统的阅读理论和教学方法引起的。在现代教育下,我们应运用心理学、语言学、语言心理学、应用语言学、篇章语言学理论对阅读过程、影响阅读的因素及教学方法进行分析,在分析的基础上改进教学,提高大学生英语阅读理解能力。
There is a general tendency in college English reading, which is laying more stresses on grammar and syntax analysis than on the connotation of the reading passages. Thus the students can not understand the reading materials deeply. This is due to the traditional reading concept and teaching method. The essay analyses the unavoidable defects of the traditional teaching method and probes into reading process, factors that are influential in reading and teaching methods by using the theories of psychology, linguistics, linguistic psychology, practical linguistics and text linguistics, and raises author's points about teaching method reform and reading concepts.
