摘要
足嵌甲症是指甲板长入甲皱襞深处,嵌入甲沟,导致甲皱襞肿大的一种临床常见疾病,该疾病严重影响了患者的日常生活质量。嵌甲症的具体治疗方法繁多,在选择上易使人混淆。另外,选择不恰当的治疗方式,会出现较高的复发率。因此,临床医师需了解该病的病因机制,掌握不同分期,明确治疗目的,进而可准确地制定相应治疗方案。本文对足嵌甲症的治疗进展予以综述。
Ingrown toenail refers to the nail plate implanting nail fold which,as a clinical common foot disease,bringing bad effect to patients in their daily life and work. The methods of treatment of ingrown nail were too various to choose. However,there is high rate of relapse if the methods of treatment are chosen incorrectly. It is important to understand and grasp of physiology,pathology and stage the disease in order to formulate proper treatment. This article reviews recent research progress in the pathogenesis and treatment of ingrown toenail.
