摘要
本文采用有限元法,对一台在研制中的二冲程增压船用柴油机的活塞进行了可靠性预测,并针对该活塞带有耐磨镶圈和环形内冷却油腔等结构特点,提出了进一步完善活塞设计的措施。
In this thesis, the application of finite element method is used for investigation on the piston reliability of a two stroke prototype diesel engine. As for the original type pistons were designed with cast-iron insert carrier on top ring provided with oil gallery cooled, some designing improvement of the piston have been suggested in this thesis.
