Recently, the Department of Power Drive Assembly in Federal Mogul has put out a new type of piston cooling by oil routes, Elastothermic. This product is especially designed for the new generation gasoline engine with small size, which is able to reduce temperature at the top of piston and risks of causing'explosive shock', at the same time can maintain very high structure strength.
