摘要 Piwil2属于Argonaute蛋白家族的PIWI亚家族,在人类中目前已发现,Argonaute蛋白家族的两个亚族:一类为类似植物拟南芥Argonaute1的A-GO亚族,主要为AGO1、AGO2、AGO3、AGO44个亚型:另一类为类似果蝇中Piwi的PIWI亚族,主要为Piwil1(HIWI)、Piwil2(HILI)、Piwil 3、Piwil 4(HIWIL2)4个亚型[1]。
