摘要
国外创新教育在教育理念上,树立以人为中心和创新精神为核心的主流教育观;在培养目标上,注重学生创新精神的培养;在教学过程中,改革教学方法,调整授课内容,突出创新精神。借鉴国外创新教育的优秀成果,我国高校创新教育要更新教育观念,顺应时代需要,树立知识经济时代的创新人才观;要适应形势需要,加大培养力度,造就高素质创新型教师队伍;要改革教学方法,调整授课内容,探索创新教育课程体系和教育教学方式方法;要重视实践教学,教学与研究紧密结合,增强学生科技创新能力;要优化育人环境,营造有利于创新人才培养的良好氛围。
On educational concept,innovational education abroad establishes human-centered and international spirit-focused mainstream educational belief.On cultivational goal it stresses training innovational spirit of students.On teaching process,it reforms teaching methods,adjusts lesson contents and emphasizes innovational spirit.Learning from the excellent achievements from innovational education abroad,the counterpart in Chinese colleges should fulfill the following tasks:first,educational concept should be changed to meet the demand of times and establish innovative talent concept in intellectual economy times;second,cultivation should be strengthened to train the team of high-quality college teachers to satisfy the requirement of circumstances;third,teaching methods should be reformed and lesson contents should be adjusted to advocate curriculum system and educational ways of innovational education;fourth,practical teaching should be stressed,teaching and research should be combined tightly to improve scientifically innovational ability of students;fifth,educational environment should be perfected to create harmonions atmosphere beneficial to cultivate innovational talents.
