摘要
在剖析区域演化历程中的生态功能变迁与导引的生态环境滞胀及危害基础上,着重利用系统生态学的原理和方法,探讨了可持续发展要求下的区域生态功能建设规划的目标、原理和研究的内容、方法及过程;提出了以产业结构、土地利用结构和空间格局调整为核心,制定区域生态功能建设规划的总体思路;创造性地将水土流失、污染物排放、社会经济发展、劳动力吸纳、人口容载和土地资源合理配置及城镇发展等模型融于一体,构建了案例区十堰市的生态环境功能综合调控模型,并借助DYNAMO语言,模拟得到了十堰市未来生态功能建设的优化方案。
This paper analyzes the eco_function change of region in its evolvement and the eco_environmental problems caused by the change. Based on this analysis and the method of systems ecology founded by Odum H.T., we discuss the aim and the principle of regional eco_function construction planning under the sustainable development; put forward the general view of regional eco_function construction planning in which the kernel is the adjusting of industry structure, land_use structure and spatial pattern; construct the dynamic simulating model of eco_function construction planning of Shiyan city, China which organizes the models of town development and the land_resource reasonable allocation with the domination of the basic farmland ensuring and the moderate areas increasing in forest、water resources and natural reserves,and other models of soil erosion, pollutants emission, society and economy development, labor force admission and population accommodation; At last simulate the model by means of DYNAMO language and obtain the optimal program of eco_ function construction in Shiyan city.
