摘要
1 前言 干细胞(stem cells,SC)是指一类具有自我复制能力,同时也可以分化为特定组织的多潜能细胞。根据SC所处发育阶段的不同,可以分为胚胎干细胞(embryonic stem cells,ESCs)和成体干细胞(somatic stem cells,SSCs);根据干细胞发育潜能的不同,又可以分为全能干细胞(totipotentstem cells,TSCs)、多能干细胞(pluripotentstem cells,PSCs)和单能干细胞(unipotent stemcells,USCs)。
