摘要
情绪智力越来越受到重视,情绪智力的研究成果逐渐辐射到包括高校人才培养在内的社会各个领域。情绪智力理论打破了认知智力一统教育天下的局面,迫使高校教育作出适当的调整,对高校人才培养有着重要的启示和意义。
Emotional intelligence has gained more and wider recognition.Findings from the emotional intelli- gence researches have gradually reached many sectors of the society in people training,including the higher educational institutions.The advancement of emotional intelligence has changed the situation in education where training of knowledge intelligence has been the only choice,and forced the higher educational institutes to make adjustment,which is of great significance to the higher education.
