锅炉过热器减温水量大及排烟温度高问题分析与治理 被引量:6

Excessive desuperheating water and high exhaust temperature in a 630MW unit boiler:integrated analysis and solutions

摘要 某电厂630MW机组锅炉存在过热器减温水量偏大和排烟温度高于设计值的问题,严重影响机组的经济运行。对此,采取减少低温过热器及低温再热器吸热面积,将原有光管省煤器改为换热系数更高的H型省煤器等方案对锅炉受热面进行了改造。改造后600MW负荷下过热器减温水量下降了100t/h,排烟温度也达到了设计值,提高了锅炉运行的经济性和安全性。 Problems like excessive desuperheating water flow and over high exhaust temperature occurred in a 630MW unit boiler,which seriously affected the economic operation of the unit.In order to solve these problems,several countermeasures were taken,like decreasing the heating area of low-temperature superheater and low-temperature reheater,and replacing the economizer with bare tubes for the one with H-type tube which had higher heat transfer coefficient.After the adjustment,the desuperheating water flow dropped by 100t/h,and the exhaust temperature also reached the design value.
