摘要
研究了采用聚氨酯橡胶代替凹模,冲切样板为凸模的冲裁方法,在了解聚氨酯橡胶冲裁的工艺性基础上,掌握了模具和冲切样板的计算和设计思路,成形试验也取得了良好的效果,大大降低了成本,证明该成形方法是值得推广的。
The blanking method which get polyurethane instead of die,cutting mould instead of punch is researched in this article. Based on understanding the blanking process of polyurethane rubber,the design and calculation method of polyurethane rubber die and cutting mould are mastered. The good result of forming experiment and low cost prove that polyurethane pad blanking is deserved to promote.
