摘要
基于对教书育人的实践与探索,提出"系统化护理教育程序设计"理论的新构想,是对护生教育工作的系统规划及其教育方法的设计。具体表达为教育评估、教育评判、教育实施、教育评价四个步骤,是教育护生所应用一种系统地解决问题的方法,对当代学生工作有切合实际的应用价值。
Based on the teaching and practice and exploration,and proposed the new concept of 'systematic nursing education program design' theory,design education system planning and its education of nursing students.Specific expression of educational assessment,educational evaluation,the implementation of education,educational evaluation four steps,and the education of nursing students apply a systematic solution to the problem of contemporary students work in accordance with the actual value.
