我校医院管理专业方向学生的专业认知现状分析与思考 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解我校公共事业管理专业(医院管理方向)学生对本专业的认知现状,了解各相关者的意见与建议,为针对性进行专业建设提供依据。方法:问卷调查、座谈法、访谈法。结果:医院管理专业方向学生存在专业思想欠稳定、专业教育的连续性与系统性不足、学习方法不适应专业要求、就业困惑较多等方面的问题。建议:完善培养方案,系统规划不同阶段专业教育内容与方式;创立班导师团队工作制度,推动专业教师主动介入学生培养全过程;开展系列专业传播工作,扩大知名度与影响力。 Objective: To know the special recognition condition of the students of my school management on public health services(hospital management direction),to know the opinion and suggestions of stakeholders,and try to provie the policy-making for the speciality construction.Methods:Use questionnaire investigation method,interviews and other methods.Results:Our hospital-management-direction student exist following problems:instability in special thoughts,lack of continuity and systematicness in professional education,learning method maladjustment,obtain employment at a loss.Suggestions:To further perfect cultivated programs,mark out the contents and manners of various stage of professional education;found a working system of tutor teams,promote the profession teachers to join the whole process of students ' cultivation,develop professional campaign,broaden out the fame popularity and the power of influence.
