摘要
为了更好地开展图书馆的服务工作,掌握用户的动态变化,本文对白城师范学院图书馆的用户进行信息需求的调查,就该学院的用户信息需求状况、用户信息检索能力、电子资源的使用、用户获得文献信息的主要障碍、对图书馆的服务期待等方面进行详尽的分析,并针对问题提出服务策略.
In order to carry out the service work of library better,know well the users' dynamic changes,this paper made a survey on the users' information demand in Baicheng Normal University,analyzed its status of the users' information demand,information retrieval capability,the uses of electronic resources,the main obstacles to get documental information,the expectation of service of the library,and came up with some service strategies.
