摘要
探讨脑出血早期血肿扩大的临床研究进展,并分别就脑出血早期血肿扩大的概念及其判定标准、发生机制、相关影响因素等方面的研究进展进行了详细的综述,认为随着现代医学影像学科的不断发展和完善,以及相关技术水平的日益提高,其血肿扩大的发生机制进一步显现,临床诊疗水平也随之改善。尤其是对于高血压,血肿部位、血肿形态、血肿体积、凝血功能障碍、渗透性利尿剂的使用情况等相关影响因素更应充分重视,从而达到改善患者预后并提高患者生活质量的最终目的。
The theme was to explore the progress in clinical researches of early hematoma enlargement of cerebral hemorrhage.The concept and criteria,mechanisms and related factors were described in detail.With the continuous development,improvement and the increasing level of related technologies in modern medical imaging disciplines,the mechanisms of hematoma enlargement will further show the clinical diagnosis and treatment also will be improved.In particularly,we should pay full attention to the related factors of high blood pressure,hematoma shape,hematoma volume,coagulation disorders and using of osmotic diuretics to achieve the ultimate goal of improved patient outcomes and the quality of life.
