摘要
目的:探索中药复方制剂(抗疲劳5号药物)治疗症候性疲劳的作用机制。方法:受试组战士120例,随机分为中药复方制剂组和对照组,每组60例,服药前、服药2周后野外带无氧面罩进行长跑1000m后观察各项客观指标的变化。结果:中药复方制剂组服药后红细胞,血红蛋白均有显著性增加,与服药前相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05),中药复方制剂组服药后全血粘度、血浆粘度与对照组相比明显降低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);中药复方制剂组服药后血清乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶、磷酸肌酸激酶水平、超氧化物歧化酶活性及丙二醛含量、血清睾酮、皮质醇、尿素氮水平与服药前、对照组服药后相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。中药复方制剂组服药后测试前后肺活量(VC)、最大通气量(MVV)、用力呼气1秒量(FEV1)、用力呼气1秒率(FEV1%)与对照组相比都有明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:中药复方制剂(抗疲劳5号药物)防治症候性疲劳的作用主要是通过降低运动后血乳酸、血尿素氮含量,提高血清血红蛋白含量、增强超氧化物歧化酶活性及降低丙二醛含量、增高血清睾酮水平,降低皮质醇水平及增加人体脏腑能量储备与携氧能力来实现的。
Objectve:To detect the mechanism of compound Chinese medicine(anti-fatigue 5) against fatigue of symptoms.Methods:① The 120 soldiers were randomly divided into compound Chinese medicine group and control group,60 soldiers in each group,to detect the change of objective indicator after outdoor 1000 meters running with dis-oxygen mask before taking medicine and after taking medicine two weeks;Results:①Change levels of red blood cells and hemoglobin in compound chinese medicine group after taking medicine were statistically valid compared with before taking medicine(P<0.05);Whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in compound Chinese medicine group after taking medicine were decreased and statistically valid compared with control group(P<0.05);②Change level of serum lactate,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),phosphocreatine kinase,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,Malondialdehyde(MDA) content,serum Testosterone,Cortisol and urea nitrogen in compound Chinese medicine group after taking medicine were statistically valid compared with control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01);③VC,MVV,FEV1,FEV1% and MMF in compound Chinese medicine group after taking medicine increased compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mechanism of compound Chinese medicine(anti-fatigue 5) against fatigue of symtoms is complied by decreasing blood lactate,urea nitrogen and increasing hemoglobin;Improving superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and reducing Malondialdehyde(MDA) content;Raising serum Testosterone level and droping cortisol level so that strengthening the body's energy reserves and oxygen carrying capacity.
