摘要
福建省福鼎市素有"中国白茶之乡"之称,白茶生产已有200多年的历史。以福鼎市为主要研究对象,对福鼎白茶产业的现状和存在问题进行分析,为福鼎白茶产业更好更快的发展提供依据。研究结果表明:福鼎白茶产品种类较为单一,不能满足市场需求;企业研发能力有限,技术瓶颈制约生产;茶农分散经营,不利于产业分工。应充分利用其环境优越、品种资源优异、政府政策和资金支持等优势,提升茶业组织化程度,加大白茶新产品的开发力度,建立健全茶叶企业融资保障体系和白茶质量标准体系,促进茶叶企业稳步发展。
The production of white tea commenced in Fuding county,Fujian province,China around 200 years,hence Fuding is regarded as the 'hometown of Chinese white tea'.Since that time,its production had undergone various improvements and spread to more places in Fujian.In this paper,we carried out a survey to determine the extent of growth and development of Fuding tea industry.From the result,we found that single white tea product categories could not meet the market demands,and enterprises were weak in research and innovation capabilities.Besides,tea farmers were in scattered operations.So,it is important to make full use of its advantages,such as excellent variety of resources,policies and financial support from government.Finally,we put forward possible measures that may revitalize the industry:enhance the level of industrial organization;develop new white tea products;establish and improve tea corporate finance security system and white tea quality standard system.
