摘要
为解决复杂产品制造系统面临的多品种、小批量的生产计划与控制问题,参考APS的计划模型,提出了一种基于TOC及启发式规则的生产计划与控制方法。该方法通过在不同的计划与调度层面集成传统生产计划与控制方法、TOC理论和启发式规则的特性,辅助车间快速有效地实现生产作业控制。该方法最终实现于制造执行系统(MES)平台,通过在某制造企业的应用,验证了其可行性和有效性。
To solve the problem of production planning and control with multi-variety and small batch in a complex product manufacturing system,a production planning and control method based on TOC and heuristic rules are proposed from the reference to the APS model.This method integrates the traditional production planning and control methods,TOC theory,and the characteristics of heuristic rules in different planning and dispatch layers,so the assisting workshop can rapidly and effectly realize the production control.This method implements in MES platform.After an effective application in a manufacturing enterprise,its feasibility and effectiveness are verified.
