生物标记检测在神经胶质瘤诊断中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 神经胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见而又最难治的恶性肿瘤,因其部位的特殊性,造成诊断困难,因而寻找胶质瘤特异性生物标记的诊断变得更为重要。生物标记物是近些年来出现在医学研究领域上的热点,它作为可供客观测定和评价的一个生化或分子生物学指标,反映机体当前所处的生物学状态及进程。检测一种疾病特异性的生物标记物,对于疾病的鉴定、早期诊断、预防、预后及治疗过程中的监控可起到关键的辅助作用。本文将通过对近些年来出现在血液、脑脊液、组织中用于神经胶质瘤诊断的生物标记的特性、检测方法及适用性进行综述。
