灯盏花素对大鼠肝缺血再灌注后肺损伤的保护作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨灯盏花素对肝缺血再灌注后肺损伤的保护作用。方法健康雌性Wister大鼠40只,随机分为假手术组、模型组、灯盏花素低剂量组[10 mg/(kg.d)]、灯盏花素高剂量组[20 mg/(kg.d)],每组10只。连续7 d经腹腔注射灯盏花素或生理盐水后,建立肝缺血再灌注肺损伤模型。分别检测各组大鼠肺组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及肺组织病理学变化。结果与假手术组相比,模型组MDA含量升高,T-AOC降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,灯盏花素低剂量组和灯盏花素高剂量组MDA含量降低,T-AOC升高(P<0.05)。病理学检查显示,模型组肺泡腔完整性破坏,间隔增厚,并伴有中性粒细胞浸润;灯盏花素组肺的损伤明显减轻。结论灯盏花素对大鼠肝缺血再灌注后肺损伤具有保护作用,其机制可能与其抗氧化作用有关。 Objective To investigate the effects of breviscapine on the lung injury induced by hepatic ischemia-reperfusion in rats.Methods 40 Wister female rats were randomly divided into four group:sham group,model group,low-dose breviscapine group[10 mg/(kg·d)]and high-dose breviscapine group[20 mg/(kg·d)],n = 10. Intraperitoneal injection saline or breviscapine for 7 days,then the model of lung injury were bulit by hepatic ischemia-reperfusion induced.The levels of MDA,total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) were measured in Lung tissue,pulmonary morphology was determined.Results Compared with the sham group,the MDA content were increased and the T-AOC activity was decreased in model group(P<0.05);Compared with model group,T-AOC was higher while MDA was lower in low and high-dose breviscapine group(P<0.05).Pathology examination revealed that the alveolus architecture was destroyed with interstitial thickening and neutrophil infiltration in model group.Lung injury were alleviated in low and high-dose breviscapine group.Conclusion Breviscapine has a protective effect on lung injury induced by hepatic ischemia-reperfusion.One of the mechanisms of the pulmonary protection may be related to the antioxidative function.
