摘要
《公共部门人力资源管理》课程是为了培养和提高学生能够充分利用理论知识,熟练解决公共部门人力资源管理实际问题的能力。由于当前高校在教师、教材、学校等各方面的原因,教学中普遍存在教学内容与社会脱节、教学方法单一、考试制度僵化等问题。本文通过对当前公共部门人力资源管理教学中存在问题的分析,从教材、教师、教学方法、考试制度等方面提出了公共部门人力资源管理课程教学改革的建议。
The course'Public Department Human Resources Management'is to cultivate and improve students'ability of using theoretical knowledge to solve the actual problems in public management human resources.Due to the reasons of teacher,teaching material and school of higher education,there commonly exist the problems of disjointed teaching content from the society,the single teaching method and the rigid examination system etc.this paper puts forward suggestions on the teaching reform of the course'Public Department Human Resources Management'from the aspects of teaching materials,teacher,teaching method and examination system etc through the problems existed in public department human resources management.
