摘要
随着市场经济的飞速发展、经济全球化规模的不断扩大,传统的劳动密集型产业已经不能满足日益增长的国内和国际化竞争的需求。在日趋激烈的竞争环境中,发展创新型企业必然将成为经济发展的战略重点。因此,如何培养具有创新型复合型人才,成为高校教育改革的核心内容。纵观世界,美国创新型教育体系发展较早,在创新型人才培养实践方面也有着很多成功经验,有着很好的借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of market economy,the constant expansion of economic globalization,the tradition labor-concentrated industry has no longer satisfied the need for competition home and abroad.In intense competition,developing innovative enterprises has become the strategic focus of economic development.Therefore,how to cultivate innovative inter-disciplinary talent has become the core of higher education reform.Throughout the world,the development of American innovative education system is rather early,has accumulated many successful experiences in innovative talent cultivation in practice,which is of good reference for other studies.
