摘要
随着经济全球化和社会对财经类人才需求的多元化,西部地区财经类院校在人才培养等方面也遇到诸多的挑战和问题,这就使西部地区财经院校必须要找到一个最适合当前财经类人才培养的模式,以确保人才培养的可持续性。本文试图通过专业培养定位、人才培养目标、教学模式等几方面的改革来为西部地区财经类院校的人才培养模式改革提出意见。
With the globalization of economy and society for talents of economics,the western regions diversification demand economics colleges in the cultivation of talents and meet the challenges and problems of the western regions,and financial institutions must find a most suitable for the talent training mode,finance and to ensure the sustainability of talents cultivation.This paper attempts to professional cultivation orientation,training objectives,teaching mode to reform the aspects in the western region of economics colleges Suggestions on talent training mode reform.
