Security Regionalism: A Constructivist's Analysis

摘要本文从建构主义者关于安全区域主义两个核心理论“安全复合体”和“安全共同体”出发 ,阐述了他们关于走向“安全共同体”的“梯级论”、“阶段论”和“非安全化”理论以及决定这一进程的规范、认同、文化、信任等核心变量和社会化、制度化等重要动力。本文认为 ,与理性主义者相关理论观点相比 ,建构主义者的理论观点既可以解释区域安全研究现存的重大的理论困惑 ,又更广泛地反映了冷战后安全区域化和区域主义发展的新现实 ,所以 ,它是一种创新的理论。 By comparing with rationalist theories, this paper argues, constructivism provides powerful explanations for two important theoretical confusions on regional security, that is, security dilemma and the liberal democratic peace theory highlighted by rationalists, and at the same time, their theories are able to explain the new realities of security regionalization and the development of regionalism in the post-Cold War world. Therefore, constructivist theories of security regionalism really deserves to be called innovative ones.
