摘要
通过对威金斯干式煤气柜活塞倾斜度在线监测系统的设计,实现了活塞倾斜度的实时跟踪、记录和监测,保障了气柜的安全运行,并提高了现场工厂的自动化作业水平。在活塞倾斜度在线监测系统的设计中,首次将高精度倾角传感器应用在硬件系统中,大大降低了初期投资,节约了成本,有较高的实际应用价值。
The on-line monitoring system of piston inclination of Wiggins dry gas holder has been designed,which realizes real-time trace,record and monitoring of the piston inclination and guarantees safety operation of the gas holder.It improves automation operation level in situ.In design of the piston inclination on-line monitoring system,it is the first time to apply the high-precision angle sensor to the hardware system.It greatly reduces the initial investment,saves cost and has high practical value.
