摘要
在传统的饱和器法生产硫铵工艺中,煤气预热器竖直安装,占据较大空间,使得煤气水封不得不采取地埋式,水封中的焦油等杂质及冷凝液无法正常排除,当冷凝液液位上升至一定程度时,不得不将煤气水封挖出,处理后重新安装。如将煤气预热器改为带有一定倾角的水平安装,或取消煤气预热器,将节约大量空间,克服这一缺陷。
In the traditional ammonium sulfate production of saturation process, the gas preheater is installed vertically which occupy a larger space, gas water seal has to be installed underground, which bring about tar, the condensate and other impurities in the water seal can not excluded, when the condensate level rises to a certain degree, gas water seal have to be dug, reinstalled after processing. If the gas preheater be installed horizontally with a certain inclination, or be concealed, then it would save a lot of space to overcome this deficiency.
