摘要
目的观察护工角色扮演与偏瘫患者康复疗效相关性。方法选取62例偏瘫患者分成治疗组和对照组,每组31例。治疗组对其护工进行相关知识的培训。观察两组患者治疗前和治疗后4周Barthel指数(BI)评定、简易智能状态量表(MMSE)积分评定。结果治疗组与对照组MMSE,BI评分均有所提高,治疗组较对照组更为显著(P<0.01)。结论对偏瘫患者护工进行日常生活照料、作业康复治疗、心理疏导等知识的培训,能很好地提高康复治疗的效果及患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the the role of carer on the rehabilitation in patients with hemiplegia.Methods Sixty-two patients with hemiplegia were divided into the control group and the treatment group.The carer of the patients in the treatment group were trained with related rehabilitation knowledge.The Barthel Index(BI) and Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) of the patients were assessed at baseline and 4 weeks after treatment.Results The MMSE and BI scores from patients in both groups were improved after treatment,however,the degree of the improvement in the treatment group was significantly greater than those from the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Training patient's carer with the techniques and knowledge about the daily life caring,rehabilitation work,psychological counseling can improve the rehabilitation of the elder patients with hemiplegia.
