摘要
通过对部分毕业生和中小学教师的问卷调查并查调各种有关资料 ,从中小学体育素质教育的需求及社会体育的需求的角度出发 ,对中小学体育教师素质结构进行分析 ,提出体育专业教改的对策。
We have analysed the quality strulture of the P.E teachers in the junior and middle school through the paper probe on some graduates and teachers of the junior and middle school, studying all sorts of data on it and from the point of the view that the requirements of quality education of P.E of the juinor and middle school and social PE Finally we raise the countermeasure of the PE speciality.
