应用神经内镜行第三脑室底部造瘘术治疗特发性正常压力脑积水效果探讨 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨神经内镜下行第三脑室底部造瘘术治疗特发性正常压力脑积水的治疗效果。方法本组回顾性分析了45例经CT和MRI证实为脑积水的患者行神经内镜下第三脑室底部造瘘术。术后疗效判定根据患者临床症状、影像学表现及手术并发症,同时进行3个月～2年随访调查。结果本组病例术后症状均有不同程度的改善,其中8例智力障碍及痴呆症状明显好转,27例患者术后头痛,走路不稳症状明显减轻,24例头晕缓解,4例症状无明显改善。术后并发症5例患者术后皮下积液,所有病例无复发情况。术后3个月～2年随访,45例患者症状缓解。结论神经内镜下第三脑室底部造瘘术对于特发性正常压力脑积水患者效率较高、并发症少。
