摘要
[目的]探讨安胎灵与绒毛膜性腺激素/黄体酮合用在脾肾亏虚型复发性流产患者外周血中TH1/TH2漂移的调节作用。[方法]用安胎灵与绒毛膜性腺激素/黄体酮治疗脾肾亏虚型复发性流产患者,以治疗前后为对照,用流式细胞仪及ABC-ELISA法分别检测血CD4+、TNF-α、IL-4水平。[结果]①先兆流产患者54例治愈,6例无效,治愈率90%②CD4+治疗前后无显著改变(P>0.05);③IL-4治疗后显著上升(P<0.05)④TNF-α治疗后显著下降(P<0.05)。[结论]安胎灵与绒毛膜性腺激素/黄体酮合用可有效调节脾肾亏虚型复发性流产患者外周血的TH1/TH2漂移,降低流产风险。
[Objective] To study the effect of Antailing,injection HCG and Progestin on Th1 and Th2 cells in RSA patients with spleen and kidney deficiency.[Methods]RSA patients with spleen and kidney deficiency were treated with Antailing,injection HCG and Progestion,and the changes of Th1 and Th2 cells were compared.[Results] The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%.CD4+ had obvious changes and IL-4 remarkably increased,while TNF-α decreased.[Conlusion] Antailing,injection HCG and Progestin had good therapeutic effect on Th1 and Th2 cells in RSA patients with spleen and kidney deficiency.
