摘要
[目的]观察解剖型锁定钢板(LCP)内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效。[方法]67例老年股骨转子间骨折均行LCP内固定术,术后7d逐渐开始髋关节、膝关节的持续被动功能锻炼(CPM)和主动运动。[结果]临床愈合时间为12～16周,平均为14周。[结论]LCP系统用于治疗老年股骨转子间骨折疗效可靠。
[Objective] To observe the cure effect of LCP on senile intertrochanteric fracture. [Method] 67 cases were made LCP internal fixation, let do exercise after 7d. [Result] The clinical cure time was 12~16w, 14w in average. [Conclusion] LCP system has reliable effect on the said disease.
