摘要
近年来,电力企业对内通过对经济性、风险性评估进一步细化降低储备定额,并努力实现大型备件各子公司联储共用;对外通过支付制造商部分费用寻求大型备件代储。为了降低占用资金很多企业把"零库存"作为努力的最终目标,但经过几年努力库存降幅不大,没有备件发生重大事故责任承担的问题成为其主要制约因素。为此,本文提出了几大电力集团与制造商联合共建供销平台的设想,以充分发挥大用户优势实现跨行业、跨区域、仓储式联合经营提升行业效益。
