摘要
介绍了盘县天能公司焦化废水生物处理系统的开工调试、污泥培养驯化及各池指标的控制方法,提出了工艺方面存在的问题和工艺改进措施,并总结了生产操作中应注意的问题。A/O2工艺利用好氧和兼厌氧微生物对高浓度焦化废水处理后,水质各项指标为:酚≤0.5 mg/L、氰≤0.5 mg/L、氨氮≤40 mg/L、COD≤150mg/L、油≤0.5 mg/L,COD的去除率在85%以上,氨氮、酚、氰、油等的去除率达到95%以上,实现了所有污水集中处理,焦化废水零排放的目标。
The biological treatment process for coking wastewater,including pre-treatment,biological treatment and sludge treatment was introduced.The authors of the paper investigated the problems exist in the process and put forward several feasible suggestions.After the A/O2 treatment with aerobes and faculiative anaerobes,the COD removal rate of the highly concentrated coking wastewater is over 85%,and that of ammonia-nitrogen,phenol,cyanogens,oil,etc.is over 95%.
