摘要
环境监管失职罪是应环境保护事业的需要,于1997年修改《刑法》时增设的罪名,属于渎职罪的一种。面对当前日益严峻的环境危机,加强该罪的执法工作十分必要。因此,对环境监管失职案件侦查有关的问题进行探讨,具有重要的现实意义。
As one kind of negligent offenses, negligent offense in environmental regulation was incorporated in the Amendment of Criminal Law in 1997 to meet the demands of environmental protection. Considering the increasingly serious environmental crisis, it is essential for us to strengthen the law enforcement against this crime. Therefore it is of great importance for us to explore some relevant issues in the case of negligent offense in environmental regulation.
