摘要
指出三农问题的症结在于农民增收困难，分析农民增收困难的原因，提出解决三农问题的途径。
This paper points out that the crux of the problems related with agriculture,the countryside and peasants is difficult for peasants to increase their income. As well it analyses the reasons and meanwhile it shows us the methods of solving these problems.
