DNA芯片技术及其临床应用

摘要 DNA芯片(DNA chips)也称为DNA微阵列(DNA microarrays)、基因芯片(gene chips)或高密度寡核苷酸微阵列(high-density oligonucleotide arrays),它是在一个固相支持物(如硅、玻璃或硝酸纤维膜、尼龙膜)的表面,排列了成千上万个已知基因的克隆,或包括了一个遗传因子及其全部可能突变的cDNA或寡核苷酸序列[1].这种高密度的DNA片段排列,可以在一个实验中检测上万个基因的表达,甚至可以提供一个有机体全部基因表达的鉴定[2].DNA芯片技术的发展和临床应用,宣布了一个疾病诊治的新时代的到来.
