在西方国家 ,循环经济已成为一股潮流和趋势 ,清洁生产则是实现循环经济的基本形式。在我国 ,推行清洁生产是实现可持续发展的根本途径 ,为促进环保产业化提供契机 ,同时也是我国突破绿色贸易壁垒参与世界竞争的必然选择。若想顺利推行清洁生产 ,我国应大力开展环境教育 ,树立环境意识 ;促进清洁生产的产学研结合 ;改变传统的 GDP统计方法 ;
In western countries,circulating economy has been a kind of trend,cleaner production is the basal form of carrying our circulating economy.In china carrying out cleaner production is the radical approach of implementing sustainable development,provides moments for industrialization of environmental protection,at the same time,it is the necessary choice for China to break through the bulwark of green commerce and participate in world competition.If China wants to carry out cleaner production,she should develop environmental education energetically;build up environmental consciousness,promote integrating of production,education and research of cleaner production;change the traditional Stat method of GDP;make management of cleaner production administration and legal system.
