摘要
目前我国成人高等教育课程设置,忽视学员的个性化需求。重理论,轻实践。本文从强调学员的个性发展出发,建构成人教育课程设置模式,并从成人教育工作者的教育理论素养,教师的教学技能,学员成绩考核等几方面论述了模式的保障机制。
At present, the curriculum design of the adult higher education exists some problems in our country, including ignoring individual demand and paying more attention to theory and ignoring practice. This paper emphasizes the development of individuality and constructs adult education curriculum model. Depending on the adult educator's education theory attainment, teacher's instruction ability and student's grades check, the model's guarantee mechanism is also discussed in the paper.
